Project Description

Near one of Istanbul’s most beautiful beaches on the Sea of Marmara, Gurpinar Beach in the Beylikduzu area in the European part of Istanbul, the “Alia Bella” villa complex project extends over an area of 6,411 square meters.

Several Metrobus stations are spread on its highway linking the region to the rest of the city, all the way to the Asian side. There are also many Health, educational and entertainment centers in Beylikduzu include hospitals, schools, universities and shopping centres.
