3S Kale Topaz Residence Project

The location of our new project is in Topkapı, right on the edge of the E-5 Ring Road and one of the most prominent places in the region. Our turnover target in the project, which will consist of street stores, office floors and 228 flats on a salable area of approximately 27,000 m², is at the level of 330 million TL.

3S Kale Topaz Residence project will be built on the holding’s own land, close to public transportation such as metrobus and light rail systems. Located between Yeni Yüzyıl University and İstinye University, the 3S Kale Topkapı project will have city and sea views.
